Islamic Scholarship
Fund for Muslim Students in US:-
Minimum eligibility requirements:
ISF offers many joint and sponsored scholarships with
partner organizations, masjids, student/alumni associations and private
sponsors that share its mission and vision. Applicants who are associated with
any of their joint scholarship programs should make that selection on the
online application.
For the last 8 years, ISF has awarded more than 200 students $657,100. In 2016, they awarded 58 scholarships and grants, a total of $183,500. Their scholarships range from $2,000-$5000.
When to apply:
ISF accepts applications in November for a period of 5 months. The deadline to submit a complete application is April 9th. The Selection Committee will review applications from April-June. All applicants will be notified of the results by end of June. The public announcement will be made in early July and award checks will be sent out shortly after that.
The program is only open to students who are U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.
