Post Matric Stipend under Talent Support Program
1) Students
pursuing Higher Secondary, Graduation, Post Graduation, M.Phil. etc. courses
are eligible.
2) This
scheme of the Govt. of W.B. is open for the students belonging to
minority communities (Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Sikh, Parsi & Jain).
3) The
above stipend under the Talent Support Programme is to be awarded to the above
minority students to enable them to study from class XI upto PhD.
4) Students
should have passed with less than 50% marks in the last final examination.
5) Student
must be a citizen of India
and domicile of West Bengal.
6) Annual
family income of the applicant should not exceed Rs. 2 (two) lakh.
7) All
fresh and renewal students must apply online for the period from 1st
July, 2017 to 31st October, 2017.

10) Institute
must be located within the state.
11) Students
have to submit all relevant documents (Photocopy of Aadhaar card, Photocopy of
Bank Passbook having account number and IFSC detail, Annual family income
certificate issued by Pradhan / Councilor / MLA / Gazetted Officer etc.) along
with the print out of online application form to the institution only. Students
must download the filled in online application and take a print out thereof.
The same should be submitted to his/her Institution along with Annual Income
certificate, Page of passbook indicating name, account number, IFSC. Income
certificate may be issued by Pradhan/ Ward councilor/ Gazette officer/ MlA/ MP.
