How to Apply for Islamic Scholarship Fund for Muslim Students in U S

Islamic Scholarship Fund for Muslim Students in US:-


Minimum eligibility requirements:


ü  Minimum requirements to apply for a scholarship:

ü  Muslim or active member of the Muslim community;

ü  Enrollment at an accredited university in the U.S. by August 2017;

ü  Majoring in an ISF supported major;

ü  Maintaining a minimum 3.0 Grade Point Average;

ü  A Citizen or Permanent Resident of the U.S.;

ü  An undergraduate (junior/senior) or of graduate standing (includes PhD) by August 2017.

Additional Scholarships:

ISF offers many joint and sponsored scholarships with partner organizations, masjids, student/alumni associations and private sponsors that share its mission and vision. Applicants who are associated with any of their joint scholarship programs should make that selection on the online application.
For the last 8 years, ISF has awarded more than 200 students $657,100. In 2016, they awarded 58 scholarships and grants, a total of $183,500. Their scholarships range from $2,000-$5000.

When to apply:

ISF accepts applications in November for a period of 5 months. The deadline to submit a complete application is April 9th. The Selection Committee will review applications from April-June. All applicants will be notified of the results by end of June. The public announcement will be made in early July and award checks will be sent out shortly after that. 

The program is only open to students who are U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Haji Md Mohsin Endowment Fund Scholarship 2017:-

WBMDFC is going to provide scholarship to a maximum
of 100 Muslim students of Class X pass out category in 2017 in order of merit under the Haji Md Mohsin Endowment Fund Scholarship -2017@ 20, 000/ -each. A provisional list
of 102 Muslim students of Class X passed out category (71  students from Madhyamik, 21 students from High Madrasah, 10 students from Alim Examination-2017) in order of merit has been published in the website of WBMDFC (www.wbmdfc.org). For provisional list of selected candidates please visit website www.wbmdfc.org

If any student’s name of any Board mentioned above within given cut-off marks is found to be omitted from the list, he/she may contact the General Manager, WBMDFC at the address given below with the original mark sheet during the working hours on the working days up to 14/07/17 within 4-00 P.M.
No claim shall be entertained after onwards.
Final list will be published in the website of the Corporation on 14/07/17 after 5-00 P.M.

IDB Scholarships Application for Muslim Students in India from Muslim Educational Trust

Here is short information about Scholarships for Muslim Minority Students in India from Muslim Educational Trust. Muslim Education Trust is a voluntary educational NGO.

The IDB Scholarship Program is more than just a scholarship program in the traditional sense, i.e. as a straight financial assistance to needy and qualified students. It is also a tool for the improvement of the social and economic conditions of the Muslim community as a whole. It is a scholarship program and a community development program at the same time, since the scholarship is given as an interest-free loan (qardh-e-hasna) to the students but as a grant to the Muslim community to which they belong to in the shape of its refunds.

Fadel Educational Foundation Scholarships for Muslim Students permanently residing in United States

Information about Fadel Educational Foundation Scholarships for Muslim U.S. Citizens:- 

The Fadel Educational Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit educational foundation supporting education for Muslim U.S. citizens and permanent residents. The awards are distributed on a need/merit basis up to $3,500 a year for post-secondary education. 
Applications become available once in each year. Upon receipt of the Applicant Information Sheet, the foundation assigns the applicant an Applicant ID number which must be used in all correspondence and the remainder of the application.
