How to Apply for Fresh Pre Matric and Post Matric Scholarship in National Scholarship Portal-Step by Step Guide:-

 

At first log on to official website of National Scholarship Portal of Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India - http://www.scholarships.gov.in

 

If you are applying for first time, you have to register yourself first by clicking “new user? Register” button.

Read the instruction carefully before applying for any scholarship.

Now, click on “continue” button.

Choose your state.

Select pre-matric or post-matric from dropdown list.

Write the captcha code correctly.

Fill all the fields carefully and click on “register” button.

Now, you will get an OTP (one time password) in your registered mobile number. Write it on required field to verify your mobile number.

Then you will get Application number and password. For first time your password will be your date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy), then you can change your password.

Now, click on “Login to Apply” button and log in with your application number and password.

You will find available scholarships schemes according to your caste, category and qualification.

Apply for your suitable scheme and fill all the fields correctly and carefully and submit.

You can find your application status, can print your application form, can change your password any time by logging into your account with your application id and password.

Print your application form and submit it with all relevant documents to your institute.
